Pricing
OurPace costs €9.95 per month or €79.95 per year, per person and VAT included. The two of you each have your own subscription, so a couple pays that amount twice.
Right now, nobody pays. OurPace is in its beta: everyone taking part is doing so for free, and there are no payment details on file for us to charge. The prices on this page are what a subscription will cost from the day we launch. Anyone who joins before then joins as a founder — see below.
The two plans
Monthly
€9.95
per person, per month, VAT included
Nothing renews by itself.
Yearly
€79.95
per person, per year, VAT included
That is €39.45 less than paying month by month — 33% off.
Everyone pays for their own account
A subscription is per person, not per couple. Each of you has your own account, your own goals and your own history, and pays for it separately — so together you pay twice. We chose it that way because a couple can also drift apart: whoever wants to carry on carries on, and nobody is left having paid for someone who has stopped. Nothing else is added: no set-up fee, and the VAT is already in the price.
Using OurPace on your own works too. Sharing it with someone is where the app is at its best, but it is not a condition for anything.
14 days to try it, without payment details
Sign up after we launch and you get 14 days to try OurPace. We ask for no payment details at all, so there is nothing standing by to be charged. At the end of the trial we ask you whether you want to carry on. Do nothing, and it stops by itself.
Founders
Anyone who joins during the closed testing phase is a founder. From the day we launch, OurPace stays free for you for another 12 months. After that you keep the founder price for as long as the subscription runs without interruption: €5.00 per month or €50.00 per year — €10.00 less than paying month by month.
You will know what you are about to pay well before the first payment. Do not want it? Then you do not pay, and nothing is charged — there is nothing standing by that could be.
Paying, and stopping
Payments run through Mollie, and you pay for one period at a time. Nothing renews by itself: we hold no card details and no direct debit mandate, so nothing can be taken from your account without you doing it yourself.
Shortly before a period ends we email you a reminder. When it does end, you have 14 days to pay for the next one, and you keep full access the whole time. Pay in time and the new period picks up where the old one stopped, so you lose no days.
Stopping is simply not paying again. Your access then ends after those 14 days — no extra charges, no interest, nothing handed to a debt collector. Come back later, pay, and a fresh period starts from that moment.
The payment window of 14 days is not the fourteen days you have to change your mind: that one is your legal right to undo a purchase and get your money back. Both are set out in the terms.
